Getting your geeked out gear from For The Geeks asap is our priority. Once your order ships, we will notify you by email and provide tracking. Because we ship with US Postal, we can ship to a PO BOX, home, or business address.
Most orders will ship within 2-3 business days from our printing locations. During peak seasons, this can run as high at 4 or 5 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not business days. Once your order ships you will be notified by email with a tracking number. The estimated shipping time that you can select at checkout includes our 2-3 day processing time.
Please contact us if your order is time sensitive as we can usually accommodate these situations. If you place multiple orders to the same shipping address, we may combine those into one shipment.
All sales are final on promo items. Unfortunately we do not take returns or exchanges. Retail items can be returned or exchanged.
If you want to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the order being placed. All cancellations requests after 24 hours cannot be honored as the order will be processed by then.
REFUNDS (if applicable):
Refunds are only available on damaged goods upon arrival or missing orders/lost packages (tracking number must show so). Customer must contact us within 2 business days of receiving the item with photo evidence of damaged or missing goods.
We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
